Mohanlal’s ‘Drishyam’ to be remade in a foreign language

The biggest hit in the history of Malayalam cinema Mohanlal`s Drishyam` directed by Jeethu Joseph has been remade in Tamil with Kamal Haasan, Hindi with Ajay Devgan, Kannada with Ravichandran and Telugu with Venkatesh in the lead roles.

Now Drishyam` is being remade in Sinhalese directed by Cheyaar Ravi a Tamil director who has done Harichandra` with Karthick in the lead role and other films. The film has popular Sinhalese hero Jackson Anthony in Mohanlal`s role and shooting is going on in Sri Lanka right now. Drishyam` is now truly going global.
